The best advocacy we can have is our community talking on our behalf, sharing your view of why it is important for this region to have a professional theatre company. We tell your stories. We mentor the region’s artists. We provide a professional pathway for the next generation of creatives. We bring the best of professional theatre and contemporary performance to this region. We put Albury Wodonga on the map as a creative hub. We bring government arts funding to the region. We are an important part of the creative economy. 

As a ratepayer you can advocate for continued financial support.  Our local government partners place their budgets on public exhibition because they want to get feedback from the community about their priorities.  NOW is the time to talk directly to your elected councillor so that HotHouse continues to be funded.  The Wodonga Council budget is currently on public exhibition until 9 June. SHOW UP FOR HOTHOUSE

While 2026 is quieter than usual, HotHouse will continue to offer programs and projects for our community to enjoy. Helping grow our audience and interest by bringing a friend is how we will continue to build sustainability. We need our community to show up, to buy tickets and join in. Next year’s 30th birthday is going to be something you will want to be a part of. Make sure you follow our social media channels to always know what is happening.
